Mitchel Renfro is the founder of Valiant Consulting Group. A board-certified safety professional, through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, a degree in Safety Engineering from the University of Texas Permian Basin, and an Iraq war veteran, he brings a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and problem-solving to his work. He has years of experience managing safety programs for well-known brands and large-scale operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, emergency response planning, and injury prevention strategies.
Sasha holds a degree in Health Services Administration from Monroe University and is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in financial services. As a certified trainer through Veriforce and the Petroleum Education Council, she brings years of classroom training experience, equipping professionals with the knowledge they need to succeed. Sasha is both people-minded and company-focused, dedicated to fostering growth, compliance, and efficiency in every organization she supports.
